The UX designer will be a key member of the Product & Technology Team, assisting in the creation of products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to our customers and their users. This involves the design of the entire process including aspects of branding, design, usability and function.
The key responsibilities of the role include;

• Delivering functional and aesthetically strong products, driven by customer requirements while providing a great customer experience.
• Understanding concepts from a client perspective, setting expectations and delivering on these.
• Tracking progress, time and communicating effectively using available tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Identifying risks with timely escalation.
• Designing and mapping out the user experience for all BRS products, including flows and graphic elements.

Minimum Requirements
It is essential that candidates have;

• Experience of at least 2 years of delivering UI/ UX activities in professional setting.
• Demonstrable experience of owning the design process within a software engineering environment.
• Demonstrable extensive knowledge and commercial experience in the use of Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and present design concepts.
• Knowledge of native mobile app design standards across iOS and Android.
