Job Description 

As a Lead UX Designer, you'll partner closely with our agile engineering teams to develop products that create an innovative, best in class experience for our customers.  This role will capture stakeholder feature requests, analyze processes, and design workflows at a high level.  The Lead UX Designer will then define and create interaction flows, wireframes, review feedback on released features, and drive new features in web or mobile apps.  We are looking for a Lead UX Designer who is passionate about creating best-in-class experiences for our engineering products and collaborating with the larger team to extend the design language we use across all apps.

Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analysis, specifications and other UX / UI design deliverables.

• Lead and grow the UX team as the company scales over this year

The Staff Product Designer should be a UX evangelist and is responsible for overseeing various projects across multiple products.  This role will collaborate and align with product and engineering partners.
