An established Sales call centre located in Llansamlet, Swansea that has operated from their offices for nearly 6 years is now looking for two part time Sales Executives to join their team.
During that time, they have run many successful sales campaigns both to the consumer and the B2B markets.
These have included financial products, card payment Merchant Services, PPI claims, Utilities for businesses & consumers and pre-paid funeral plans.
As the world has changed considerably over the last year they have had to adapt, they have used homeworking and socially distanced responsible working from their office.
The company has had to also adapt their campaigns as the landscape in which they operate has often changed.
They are now pleased to announce that after a successful initial trial of a recession proof product they are looking to onboard 2 part time Sales Executives on a temporary basis .

The successful candidates must have 2 years experience in an outbound telesales based role. It is essential that you are also computer literate.
There is a strong chance that the positions could be made permanent with excellent benefits and commissions dependent on your success.

As their Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be managing customer expectations and visiting them on a regular basis in normal circumstances, You will be responsible for Promoting the products and brand , and participating at Trade Shows throughout the year & be capable of delivering presentations remotely using various video conferencing platforms.
You will be the go-to Sales Manager for a local patch, developing new and existing relationships with merchant stockists, trade users and housebuilders & Specifiers with a well-established brand behind you and would suit any ambitious and money motivated field sales professional, keen to maintain and drive a business forward.
About you:

Whilst telesales, or direct sales experience is preferred for this role, it’s not essential as full training will be provided. What is more important is that you are a passionate salesperson: driven and with good communication skills or a real flair for sales.

A full manual driver’s license is required and you will need access to a car for the first 4-6 months.

In return for your talents, we’re delighted to offer the following:

  • A guaranteed basic salary starting at £15,870 while in training, rising to £18,000 after you complete your training.
  • Uncapped commission with a year 1 OTE of £25,000 - £35,000. There is no limit, our top Sales Executives earn over £55K!
