Hampton Lovett Consultant Surveyors are looking to immediately recruit a number of experienced sales professionals to fill upcoming positions within our rapidly growing, dynamic Pre-Assessment department, based within the sales sector of our business.
We are looking for energetic, fast-paced, target driven sales staff with at least 1 years’ experience selling business to business services on a self-generated basis, who are forward thinking and able to work on their own initiative to fill these roles within the department.
These roles come at an exciting time of growth for Hampton Lovett, as you will be based for a short term at Brierley Hill, before taking part in our move to luxury new offices in Halesowen.

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 per annum (£30,000 per annum after probation period) + Commission + Good Benefits Package

Telesales Executive - The Role:
Trust Payments is recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join it's growing direct sales team. This role is a new business role. We are looking for a driven salesperson who will handle inbound sales enquiries and generated leads, selling the products and services of Trust Payments omnichannel commerce solutions.
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for boarding new clients with a core focus on generating processing volume, revenue and margin. Our company has offices across the UK, Malta and the USA. This role is for UK and European sales.
Telesales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business
- Meeting (and exceeding) the targets of the company by constantly searching for new revenue generating chances
- Achieving call activity KPIs to raise revenue or volume streams
- Develop and maintain new database contacts and details of potential customers
- Contacting prospects through multiple channels to maximise customer engagement
- Spot cross and up-sell opportunities, which can add value to customers and revenue for Trust Payments
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
- Ongoing maintenance of the CRM system for accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
- Complete full sales cycle with merchants, until ready to hand client to our Account Management team for day to day handling
- Work with the Business Development team to receive Telesales criteria merchants, and also to handover higher value opportunities
Telesales Executive - You:
- Excellent communication skills

UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join their team based in Wooburn Green.
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Wooburn Green
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
This role is within the Commercial team at UK Parking Control Ltd (UKPC) and aims to maximise the effectiveness of the Parking Management Consultants by generating high quality leads, providing campaign support and contacting leads provided by the Parking Management Consultants. This will be a targeted role and regular training will be required.

- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas
Telesales Executive - You:
- Computer literate/keyboard skills
- At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telesales role within the parking industry
- Excellent telephone skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
- Must be able to deal with technical product information
- Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

THE ROLE
•This is an outbound telephone-based role, but there is NO cold calling involved.
•You will be calling existing customers and previous buyers of our client’s products.
•You will be up selling and cross selling a wide range of healthcare products, Pharmacy and Prescriptions services
•You will be required to complete a thorough fact-find with the client.
•Identifying opportunities where alternative and additional products could be offered.
•You will be updating the internal CRM system.
•No Micromanagement, however, you will have targets to achieve and ideally exceed!
•They are ONLY looking for full time staff. Monday to Thursday 08.45 -17.30 Friday 08:45 – 16:00 (Your weekend starts early!)
•You will be based in the Nottingham office
THE PERSON
•The successful Outbound Sales Executives MUST have at least 12 months Sales experience within a telephone-based role e.g. Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales, Call Centre, or similar.
•You must be confident and dedicated – Remember this is outbound calling, so you must be highly motivated and not scared of picking up the phone.
•Ideally have Sales training.
•Able to sell, cross sell, upsell etc.
•You MUST be Reliable! This is key!
•Have excellent and strong communication skills.
•Have an empathic nature due to the products you will be selling.
•Our client has a large number of products, so you will need to be able to learn the FABs of lots of products!
•Our client is looking for ambitious candidates as there plenty of room for progression for the right candidate e.g. team leader, supervision etc.
•Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham office
