The post holder is expected to have an understanding across a broad range of IT disciplines, although likely to specialise in one or more areas of expertise such as, but not limited to, service management, ITIL Framework, technical support, cyber security, networking & telephony, emerging cloud and AI solutions, workstations, applications, and audio visual. This role will support the delivery of our digital strategy, driving performance improvement, developing strong partnerships with teams across the University supporting their needs and aligning IT services accordingly.
