Your tasks

  • Project management from study phase to operational implementation
  • Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams in close coordination with the team leaders responsible for software development and design
  • Control of subcontractors throughout the entire project, from planning to implementation and acceptance of a test bench
  • Independent implementation of change management and contractual amendments
  • Analysis of customer requirements in the context of request management, in close coordination with the sales department
  • Continuous maintenance of project plans in our planning system
  • Regular reports to management

Your profile

  • Minimum three years of relevant professional experience based on a master degree specialising in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or physical measurements
  • Reliable expertise of current project management methods, ideally with PMI certification
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of partners and external colleagues in national and international locations
  • Good overview of technical systems for plant engineering in one of the following areas: electricity, drives, measurement technology, automation, process engineering or electric mobility
  • Good understanding of complex systems such as test benches and strong interest in electric mobility
  • Willingness to travel on business, including overseas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, multi-skilled and autonomous, energetic and reactive while being attentive to the customer's demands.

Experienced Bank Personal Assistant required for a young lady who has cerebral palsy living in the Oxford area.

Our client is a 21-year-old lady who has cerebral palsy, is a part-time wheelchair user and requires support with personal care, transfers, accessing the community, managing her emotional needs and other aspects of her daily life. She has recently moved to live independently away from home.

We are looking for competent and interested persons to join our team on a full-time basis to support our client in her daily living and work towards her independence. The personal assistant should have some background of mental health, brain injury or other similar experience, to be able to manage challenging situations and the emotional demands associated with such work. Training and therapists/ Team Leader and Case Manager support will be provided

The personal assistant should also be able to enable the client to undertake educational, social and leisure activities including, support with home exercise program set up by the physiotherapist, shopping, cinema and going to events.  The personal assistant should be able to be flexible, communicate clearly and keeping daily records is essential.

This will be an incredible opportunity to work alongside this client to enable her independence and development and to develop your own experience and skills. This role requires some flexibility as there may be events the client would like to attend might occasionally be out of the normal working hours. There are a variety of shifts throughout the week including some weekend shifts.

The personal assistant will be required to cover shifts as required, staff holidays and sickness.  They should be flexible and willing to deal with the day to day needs of the family. A variety of shifts are available to include days, nights, and weekends.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible, and reliable. To have experience in working with clients with additional needs, especially relating to the key goals of the role as outlined.

Rates of pay £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per Saturday to Sunday, £8.72 per hour for sleep-in Monday to Friday and £9.00 per hour sleep-in shift Saturday to Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team.

The JR theatre is a 5 theatre unit where routine and emergency surgery takes place. Specialties include vascular, interventional radiology, emergencies, general, gynae, trauma orthopaedics and spinal surgery. The unit provides care for adult patients with some paediatrics, and is the theatre suite for Major Trauma.

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated staff in JR Main (Anaesthetics and/or Recovery). You will be expected to have at least 3 years of extensive experience in anaesthetics and recovery. Applicants must have excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills and thrive in a busy team environment. You will be encouraged and supported to further develop using the educational and experiential learning opportunities available. There is a structured orientation programme to support you development and you will be supported by your team leader and the education team. The directorate has a comprehensive Education Strategy to underpin the development of all grades of staff within theatres, to facilitate career development and progression.

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Team Leader to join a leading Life Science and Immunology company based in the Oxfordshire area. As the Technical Services Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team within the Technical Services department, whilst also providing support to clients where appropriate.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Technical Services Team Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will lead a team within Technical Services, creating development plans and inspiring high levels of performance to facilitate your team to operate of effectively as possible.
2. You will support clients with technical services, ensuring a fast paced and high quality response to technical enquiries.
3. As the Technical Services Team Leader, you will utilise prior laboratory experience to support clients with troubleshooting complaints, using all media available to improve the support you offer.
4. You will work with Sales Managers closely, providing product training to the sales teams when required and ensuring the best customer experience across the EMEA.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Technical Services Team Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant PhD or a BSc with the equivalent experience within a Life Science subject e.g. Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology
2. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisional role, either in a research or commercial environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with a variety of immunological and molecular laboratory techniques.

Role of a Team Leader
  • Achieving the daily/annual volume throughput
  • Contributing to achieving a Quality standards required
  • Control all Health & Safety requirements for persons and equipment within their work stations, including management of training, maintenance, and implementation of products
  • Contributing to the maintenance, upkeep and reporting of the Business Development Plans (BDP's) in your area
  • Execution of methodologies for Lean Manufacturing, such as 5S, 7 wastes and continuous improvement, always striving for perfection
  • When required aid the Group Leaders in conducting performance reviews for areas of your team who require improvement, considering training, regular reviews etc.Maintain and endorse client values and culture(housekeeping, appearance etc)
  • Lead by example, influence all Team Members and ensure they are fully motivated.
