As a geoscience software engineer, you’ll play a vital role in the support, improvement and on-going development of our cutting-edge uniquely designed software, used by our scientific teams to analyse and enhance subsurface data. As an integral member of our global development team, we highly encourage the contribution of ideas and drive in the generation of new concepts, to maintain our outstanding leadership position for technology and service delivery in the market place.
Working within the Development team the Geoscience Software Engineer will ensure efficiency, ease of use, reliability and scalability of core software, whilst maintaining libraries, shared components and technologies. You will also provide support to internal and external users.

Role Info:
Software Developer – C# or Java – Digital Healthcare Products Leader
£35,000 – £45,000 + Pension
Leatherhead, Surrey
Due to Covid and the NHS’s realisation that telehealth is the way forward in delivering patient care, demand for our services has never been greater and therefore due to rapid growth we require full-time software developers to work within all areas of the application development.
Software Developer Critical Criteria:
+ Must think logically and be a self-motivated problem solver.
+ A University graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the following:
+ Object Orientated programming (in C# or Java, C# preferred) Windows
+ Application software development XML Applications using SQL databases
Software Developer Desirable Criteria:
+ Some experience / knowledge of:
+ Web applications (using Web Services, JSON, AJAX) JavaScript
+ frameworks (e.g. Google Web Toolkit and jQuery) Automated software
+ build tolls such as Cruise Control Static analysis tools.
