Senior Project Manager: Learning Disability & Autism

The role is aligned to the system-wide Learning Disability and Autism programme, to lead the delivery of the Transforming Care agenda for individuals with a learning disability or autism who display behaviours that challenge, including adults and children with a mental health condition. The post-holder will be responsible for leading transformation activity to prevent and reduce hospital admissions for complex patients, support increased discharges to community settings and promote living and ageing well.

Senior Project Manager: Local Maternity & Neonatal System

The role is aligned to the system-wide Local Maternity & Neonatal System transformation programme, to lead the delivery of the Better Births agenda for maternity services across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire to become safer, more personalised, kinder, professional and more family friendly; where every woman has access to information to enable her to make decisions about her care; and where she and her baby can access support that is centred around their individual needs and circumstances.

We are looking for experienced project management professionals that have experience of leading and delivering large-scale, complex and high profile programmes to agreed outcomes, targets and timescale either within or outside the NHS.

The postholders will responsible for leading transformation activity in collaboration with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

They will be responsible for ensuring programme management oversight of the programme, specifically to oversee workstream progress against agreed plans and to align programme work to CCG and ICS strategies.

This is a system-wide role and will operate across all local stakeholders including people with lived experience, clinicians, service providers, public health, local authorities and voluntary sector organisations across both children’s and adults services, as well as national stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager will work on behalf of the system within the CCG Quality, Transformation and Oversight team. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to be involved in an extensive programme of national transformational change, and to join an evolving transformation team supporting system wide change across the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System.

- Actively seek out new Project ldeas and assess such ideas through the EPD Process and ensure that the Cost Savings Pipeline is populated with new ideas for immediate or future progression.

- Actively seek out ways of improving the European Operations Project Management Process and promote the delivery of such improvements to strive to deliver Project Management Best Practice, which will include the integration of the E2E Process and Engineering Project Management Process, along with integration of the Little Eaton Plant into Project Management process development.

- Deputise for the European EPD & Change Project Manager in the maintenance and issue of the Monthly Cost Savings Tracker.

This will include covering for each other should the need arise to maintain focus on the key projects.

You will ensure client sign-off is achieved and all associated necessary design deliverables and documentation are prepared and will both develop and maintain the project programme using EXCEL or MS Project, preparing internal weekly/monthly project progress reports for Directors and clients as required.
In addition to building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, you will work closely with the team of subcontract design engineers and be heavily involved in the design submission for all business, as well as providing technical and design support in tender preparation activities, and you will maintain up to date Management Cards and Health and Safety certificates as well as the companies in house QMS, HAZOP and Access Lifting and Maintenance systems.
To be considered for this varied and challenging Senior Project Design Engineer role it is envisaged that you will be a lead design engineer with at least 5 years' experience gained in a similar role within the wastewater treatment industry and realistically qualified to Degree level or above in a relevant design engineering discipline.
You will demonstrate comprehensive experience in the use of AutoCad, Solidworks, Navisworks or DWG Trueview with proven Design Project Management experience along with relevant H&S qualifications.
Whilst the role is office based, there may be occasions where site visits and therefore overnight stays will be required, so you will be flexible to travel as required and hold a full UK driving licence.

Senior Project Manager: Learning Disability & Autism

The role is aligned to the system-wide Learning Disability and Autism programme, to lead the delivery of the Transforming Care agenda for individuals with a learning disability or autism who display behaviours that challenge, including adults and children with a mental health condition. The post-holder will be responsible for leading transformation activity to prevent and reduce hospital admissions for complex patients, support increased discharges to community settings and promote living and ageing well.

The role is aligned to the system-wide Local Maternity & Neonatal System transformation programme, to lead the delivery of the Better Births agenda for maternity services across Nottingham & Nottinghamshire to become safer, more personalised, kinder, professional and more family friendly; where every woman has access to information to enable her to make decisions about her care; and where she and her baby can access support that is centred around their individual needs and circumstances.

We are looking for experienced project management professionals that have experience of leading and delivering large-scale, complex and high profile programmes to agreed outcomes, targets and timescale either within or outside the NHS.

The postholders will responsible for leading transformation activity in collaboration with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

They will be responsible for ensuring programme management oversight of the programme, specifically to oversee workstream progress against agreed plans and to align programme work to CCG and ICS strategies.

This is a system-wide role and will operate across all local stakeholders including people with lived experience, clinicians, service providers, public health, local authorities and voluntary sector organisations across both children’s and adults services, as well as national stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager will work on behalf of the system within the CCG Quality, Transformation and Oversight team. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to be involved in an extensive programme of national transformational change, and to join an evolving transformation team supporting system wide change across the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System.
