What You'll Bring: Day to Day You’ll Be: A experienced Senior practitioner in a data, software or ideally decisioning related role with a demonstrable track record of execution and success Ideally (although not essential) an extensive network of contacts in the industry and are respected as a subject matter expert Experience in sales, pre-sales or other related business development role A natural leader with a sharp focus on driving a team towards achieving and exceeding targets Highly accomplished communicator both internally and externally, managing well both upwards and downwards Someone with a growth mindset who is willing to set an ambitious change plan and has the ability and drive to execute on it Proactivity, positivity and a desire to take ownership for the success of the Decisioning business Impact You'll Make: Essential Skills & Experience: You are responsible for developing a clear coherent market-back strategy for UK Decisioning business that incorporates GTM, Product and aligns with Global strategy objectives You will be responsible for creating a top down and bottom up revenue plan that aligns with the goals of the UK/EU region You will be responsible for management and development of talent to ensure the UK Decisioning team exceeds business objectives You will be responsible for managing and influencing key external partners to deliver on the plan Identify market trends and develop strategies to address market trends Working closely with GTM peers, you will be responsible for creating sector plans detailing the required activities to drive pipeline build and conversion to achieve individual sector plans that roll up to UK Decisioning plan You will lead the UK Pre Sales team, bringing together the right mix of practitioner experience, product expertise, technical knowledge, market knowledge, sales experience to work with the wider UK sales team to maximize success and conversion rates of pipeline You will lead Product, Client Delivery and Technical Consultancy teams that are responsible for managing pipeline of work required to meet the needs of our existing clients and new business onboarding.
