OBJECTIVE

To work as a reception Security Officer, providing a high level of customer service. DUTIES

• The Reception Desk is to be manned at all times unless on patrol.

• Deal with all telephone calls, messages and enquiries in the approved manner using the correct greeting and remaining polite and courteous at all times.
• Control access into the building via the Main Reception using the approved procedures regarding access control.
• Oversee cleaning operatives

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working weekdays and weekends
