Role:   We are looking for a Sales Executive & BDM channels for the UKI and Western Europe.  This is an application expert style sales role where you will be working closely alongside our channel VARs and SIs to help them qualify end user client opportunities, manage the sales campaign and business case propositions, sales and bid campaigns etc.  The successful candidate will have a sales target and will be rewarded based on the success of the channel partners they manage.

  • Add value through sales process and application expertise to resellers and end-user organisations based on their specific business requirements.
  • Commercial management of existing channel partners. Engage with new resellers, (including those already selling Microsoft Direct Routing) to promote our proposition, negotiate reseller contracts and on-board new partners.


Skills and Experience:

  • Call Centre software applications (Contact Centre, Call Recording, IVR, WFM\WFO etc.) preferably delivered from the cloud / as SaaS.
  • Solution sales experience – evidence of a consultancy style approach.
  • Channel Management experience an advantage.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem experience.
  • Articulate, commercially astute and able to produce outstanding presentations and proposal documents.
