Sales Executive – Contact Centre software solutions

Remuneration: Base Salary range: £50,000 – £60,000 pa and Double OTE + Car Allowance and Pension.

Sectors:   Call Centre, Call Recording, Call Routing, Call Back-Queuing, CTI IVR and Self-Service.

Location: 'Home' office located in the UK.   

Territory focus:  UK, Ireland and Western Europe
Employer Profile:    Our client is a well-established international software house with European HQ (international BPO outsourcing parent) and multiple international offices including USA.  In addition to their own software solutions, they also have a strong track record for professional services and consultancy delivery services.  They have particular strength in delivering software applications in areas such as omni channel Contact Centres, CTI, IVR, Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Call Back Manager, Surveys, Auto Attendant, Unified Communications, Presence and IM.  Clients typically integrate their software apps into large complex solutions delivery (Cloud / SaaS / Hosted models as well as legacy CPE) and in addition to the software licenses they deliver high levels of technical expertise and professional services around Avaya, Verint and Microsoft Teams technology implementations.
Role:   We are looking for a Sales Executive & BDM channels for the UKI and Western Europe.  This is an application expert style sales role where you will be working closely alongside our channel VARs and SIs to help them qualify end user client opportunities, manage the sales campaign and business case propositions, sales and bid campaigns etc.  The successful candidate will have a sales target and will be rewarded based on the success of the channel partners they manage.

• Add value through sales process and application expertise to resellers and end-user organisations based on their specific business requirements.
• Commercial management of existing channel partners. Engage with new resellers, (including those already selling Microsoft Direct Routing) to promote our proposition, negotiate reseller contracts and on-board new partners.

Skills and Experience:

• Call Centre software applications (Contact Centre, Call Recording, IVR, WFM\WFO etc.) preferably delivered from the cloud / as SaaS.
• Solution sales experience – evidence of a consultancy style approach.
• Channel Management experience an advantage.
• Microsoft Ecosystem experience.
• Articulate, commercially astute and able to produce outstanding presentations and proposal documents.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new and existing clients, quickly build rapport, establish trust, and communicate Care Computer’s value. Our reputation and long history in the industry and geographical area means most new business finds us through referrals, but this role may also require some new business development.

Identify and understand client requirements, design solutions, deliver proposals, convey the benefits of proposed solutions via telephone, email, online video/demonstrations and on-site meetings and presentations.

Negotiate pricing, assist the customer in building a business case and process the sale once successfully signed off.

Be accountable for the quality and deliverables of your own projects, following up with excellent after sales service to become a trusted long-term partner. 

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have experience in IT or technology related industry with a good understanding of business IT networks and solutions.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office apps. Familiarity with business software including CRM, Helpdesk and accounting packages would be advantageous.

Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.

Professional presentation, timekeeping, and time management. 

Preference will be given to reasonably local candidates in the Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Ascot, Bracknell areas.

A full manual driver’s license is required and you will need access to a car for the first 4-6 months.
