You will be responsible for reaching out to warm prospects via LinkedIn, Facebook and text, with the purpose of qualifying and booking meetings.

 

Email Clients

You may also use email to contact prospects, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with Sales Advisors, or reschedule meetings as needed.

 

Keep Accurate Records

When you contact prospective clients and talk to them about the services, you will need to keep accurate records of each conversation. 

 

Essential Experience 

  • Proven experience as an ‘Appointment Setter,’ Sales Representative, Customer service or similar, will be advantageous.
  • Computer literate.
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.

The Pre Sales Consultant plays a key role in the successful transition and acquisition of customers to Advanced’s Field Service solutions. The primary responsibility is to provide support to the Advanced Sales Teams throughout the sales process and to ensure that we deliver the best possible solutions and meet targets for sales growth.

The Pre-Sales Consultant will engage with potential customers from the start of the sales process and ensure that we fully understand their requirements. The Pre-Sales Consultant will then work alongside the sales team to present a solution that meets the customer’s requirements. Fundamental to the role will be an ability to articulate the solution back to the customer by means of proposals, presentations and value driven solution demonstrations that differentiate Advanced.

What you will be doing

Contribute at all stages of the Pre-Sales process including:

  • Assisting with the qualification of business opportunities
  • Leading and coordinating system demonstrations initially for Field Service but potentially also for other products in the portfolio thereafter
  • Configuring demonstration environments to meet the requirements of prospects, and also entering data to support demonstrations where appropriate.
  • If required, working with the bid team to support tenders, completing bid responses/ answering technical questions for customers and prospects
  • Training internal members of staff in the use of the solution when required
  • Supporting work on internal promotion of solution set, to ensure consistent messaging across teams i.e. Sales, Services, Support etc

  • Knowledge of Field Service Solutions and/or the appropriate target markets
  • Understanding of sales process and selling methodologies.

  • Commercial awareness; ability to understand and develop return on investment, cost and margin analysis.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office proficiency with ability to create custom presentations.
  • Good basic presentation and communication skillsto small audiences
  • Self-motivated to deliver a high quality service both internally and externally
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships with customers, prospects and colleagues
  • Ability to develop business analysis skills in understanding customers’ requirements and key drivers

New Business Sales Consultant

We are looking to hire a driven, proactive and high performing Sales Consultant into Clear Review's UK sales team. The role has two key priorities:

  • Build and convert a pipeline of sales opportunities within the UK enterprise sector (5,000 employees and above) through targeted outbound activities, taking the prospects from product demonstration through to contract signature.
  • Lead large public and private sector performance management tenders

The role will report into our Head of Sales.

What you will be doing

  • Achieve and exceed your ambitious sales targets through a combination of inbound and outbound activity
  • Use the Advanced value selling methodology to nurture deals through the sales cycle
  • Work with colleagues in Advanced to respond to 'enterprise' RFIs and RFPs, either stand alone performance management or part of a wider HCM requirement
  • Work closely with our Head of Sales to develop and run outbound sales campaigns, building a pipeline of leads to nurture and convert
  • Represent Clear Review as a performance management expert, becoming your prospect’s trusted advisor as you build rapport
  • Maintain high activity levels, all tracked and logged in our CRM

What you will be good at

  • Adapting to new teams through a positive, engaging and tenacious attitude
  • Experience in a senior sales role (SaaS experience is preferred but not essential)
  • The ‘hunting’ aspect of a sales role – this is vital for the role’s success as there will be a combination of account based marketing, targeted outreach and cold-calling
  • Account Based Marketing / Selling experience
  • Managing responses to RFI and RFPs
  • Talking to stakeholders at all levels
  • Developing a strategic approach: you’ll be expected to uncover the specific needs of each prospect, with an ability to describe a solution which solves a problem for the individual
  • ‘Social selling’: there are more and more channels to exercise when prospecting.

  • Handle objections using up to date market/product information
  • Present unique solutions which save time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers, and manage your existing customer accounts and renewals
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
  • Adhere to sales compliance rules - all sales generated in line with our quality standards
  • Complete customer details and sales information to required standard on CRM system and ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures
