We are looking for a motivated person to join our small team of engineers to assist with some of the day to day tasks within different areas that keep our processes running smoothly.
Manufacturing Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Impregnation
- Loading machined products into curing vessels and starting/finishing the process
- Use of gases
- Some heavy lifting required
- Toolgrinding
- Sharpening tools for re-use on a daily basis
- Lapping
- Using various machines to polish machined products to a high standard
- Colour stamping finished products as per customer requirements
The successful Manufacturing Assistant will have a strong work ethic with an ambition to succeed. You will be able to work under your own initiative, and react to changing demands. No previous experience necessary, full training will be given.

•Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop and implement products by applying

- Recruit and lead a small team of analysts
- Work with other Senior Business Analysts in the wider department to help lead the BA community, providing mentorship, championing continual learning and development, and sharing of knowledge and practices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Demonstrable experience of working as a lead analyst on a variety of projects within an agile software development environment is preferred
- Proven experience of performing a range of Agile analysis tools and techniques and able to advise teams on their proper use
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate at both a technical and non-technical level and handle ambiguity with ease
- Great collaboration and facilitation skills. You should have the ability to get the best out of people and develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
