About the Retentions and Customer Service Executive Role:


Reporting into the Retentions Manager, the Retentions Executives will be responsible for improving and refreshing the relationships with our current customer base through targeted call campaigns, as well as discovering the reasons for customer attrition to deliver insights on their current service.


Retentions and Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:


• Responsible for contacting the existing client base through different points in their lifecycle with our client to discuss their service, add value and maintain relationships – all with a view to reduce attrition
• Responsible for contacting our past client base to uncover the reasons why they have cancelled their contracts and provide meaningful insights to the business
• Responsible for monitoring the Company’s service delivery through feedback surveys delivered to the customers, analysing and reporting on that data
• An understanding of retentions and the importance of this role within the business, to allow effective prioritisation and management of workload
• Quickly develop knowledge of our core products and procedures to be able to understand the customer journey
• Rapidly develop a thorough understanding of the payments industry and the market sector they operate within

HR & Office Administrator Responsibilities:

• Assist with arranging of interviews and communicating with applicants;
• Assist with new starter administration and induction processes.

• Professional, clear and confident communication skills on the telephone;

• Excellent organisation skills;
• High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as appropriate;

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – ALD – PT (0.6) Band 6, Crumpsall

We need an experienced and enthusiastic speech and language therapist to join our innovative service supporting adults with learning disabilities.

What do we aim for?

  • effective personal communication for people
  • safe, comfortable and dignified eating & drinking
  • You will be based in a community learning disability team with colleagues from physiotherapy, clinical psychology, community nursing, occupational therapy and social workers. The role is based in our Crumpsall office. We also have teams based in Hulme and Wythenshawe.

You will provide specialist speech and language therapy input to people with a range of learning disabilities and associated problems e.g. sensory impairments, mental health problems and physical disabilities, in their homes, colleges, local communities, day centres and work places.

There will be opportunities to further develop your skills in a variety of clinical areas e.g. AAC, dysphagia management, complex health needs, autism, risky behaviours, mental health, through clinical supervision, SLT meetings, project work and access to internal and external courses.

You will have administrative support and access to some specialist IT e.g. Boardmaker, Grid 3.

We have good working relationships with colleagues in acute and paediatric speech and language therapy, audiology, orthoptics, community nutrition and dentistry.

You will also work with colleagues from a variety of other agencies e.g. Adult and children’s Social Care, Greater Manchester Police, Pure Innovations, carer forums, and the many services that make up the Manchester Local Care Organisation.

About the Retentions and Customer Service Executive Role:


Reporting into the Retentions Manager, the Retentions Executives will be responsible for improving and refreshing the relationships with our current customer base through targeted call campaigns, as well as discovering the reasons for customer attrition to deliver insights on their current service.


Retentions and Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:



• Responsible for contacting the existing client base through different points in their lifecycle with our client to discuss their service, add value and maintain relationships – all with a view to reduce attrition
• Responsible for contacting our past client base to uncover the reasons why they have cancelled their contracts and provide meaningful insights to the business
• Responsible for monitoring the Company’s service delivery through feedback surveys delivered to the customers, analysing and reporting on that data
• An understanding of retentions and the importance of this role within the business, to allow effective prioritisation and management of workload
• Quickly develop knowledge of our core products and procedures to be able to understand the customer journey
