About the Retentions and Customer Service Executive Role:
Reporting into the Retentions Manager, the Retentions Executives will be responsible for improving and refreshing the relationships with our current customer base through targeted call campaigns, as well as discovering the reasons for customer attrition to deliver insights on their current service.

We need an experienced and enthusiastic speech and language therapist to join our innovative service supporting adults with learning disabilities.
What do we aim for?
You will provide specialist speech and language therapy input to people with a range of learning disabilities and associated problems e.g. sensory impairments, mental health problems and physical disabilities, in their homes, colleges, local communities, day centres and work places.
There will be opportunities to further develop your skills in a variety of clinical areas e.g. AAC, dysphagia management, complex health needs, autism, risky behaviours, mental health, through clinical supervision, SLT meetings, project work and access to internal and external courses.
You will have administrative support and access to some specialist IT e.g. Boardmaker, Grid 3.
We have good working relationships with colleagues in acute and paediatric speech and language therapy, audiology, orthoptics, community nutrition and dentistry.
You will also work with colleagues from a variety of other agencies e.g. Adult and children’s Social Care, Greater Manchester Police, Pure Innovations, carer forums, and the many services that make up the Manchester Local Care Organisation.

With a customer base of over 20,000 customers, approximately £1.5 billion is processed across UTP’s estate of credit card machines each year with many hundreds of new customers being added on a monthly basis.
About the Retentions and Customer Service Executive Role:
Reporting into the Retentions Manager, the Retentions Executives will be responsible for improving and refreshing the relationships with our current customer base through targeted call campaigns, as well as discovering the reasons for customer attrition to deliver insights on their current service.
