Physiotherapy Education and Training
To work as a physiotherapist, you need to attain a degree approved by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. You can choose to study exclusively at an accredited university, or you can complete your degree as part of an apprenticeship.
For entry to relevant undergraduate courses, you’ll usually need the equivalent of 2 or 3 A levels, including in biology. The option of shorter-term postgraduate study may be open to you if you already hold a degree in a subject such as psychology, biological science, or sports science.
