Holiday Villages Locations -
Ibiza, Majorca, Lanzarote, Costa Del Sol, Turkey, Rhodes, Kos, Cyprus.
The HV Fit programme is made up of unique, fun and action-packed fitness events that are designed to appeal to a broad range of guests; from young children, families and adults.
Brand new fitness events will be delivered alongside a variety of high and low intensity sessions.
The successful candidate will pioneer and drive this programme, working alongside the team in resort to create fitness events of a lifetime!

Aplos Health (Primary Care Network) PCN was founded in 2019 and consists of four practices in the London Borough of Lewisham -Sydenham Green Group Practice, The Vale Medical Centre, Wells Park Practice and Woolstone Medical Centre. We provide care to a patient population of 50,000. In a little over a year and despite a global pandemic we have developed excellent working relationships between the practices.
We are recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Coach to help develop our workforce.
Health and Wellbeing Coaches support people to take pro-active steps to improve the way they manage their physical and mental health conditions, based on what matters to them. This is achieved bycoaching and motivating patients through multiple sessions to identify their needs, set goals, and supporting patients to achieve their personalised health and care plan objectives and providing interventions such as self-management education and peer support.
The role involves working very closely with the practices and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) within the PCN. The role is pivotal in ensuring all patients receive the best possible care and service.

About the role
We are looking for a Progression Coach to join our team in Hounslow. As the successful candidate you will have a passion for providing practical and pastoral support to individuals with experience of homelessness or other forms of social exclusion.
Hounslow LIFE is a large & dynamic supported accommodation service including two complex needs hostels, an assessment centre, and a number of semi-independent and move-on properties. Residents are supported around their individual recovery and move towards independence, rebuilding their lives & avoiding repeat homelessness. The service has a strong focus on learning and skills as part of this.
In the role of Progression Coach, you will be supporting our clients to progress through internal and external learning and training opportunities, and on to employment. You will be responsible for supporting and promoting local engagement with St Mungo’s Recovery College, coordinating delivery of local training sessions alongside support staff, and managing a large caseload of Hounslow LIFE clients around their specific ETE needs – referring and supporting into structured opportunities including volunteering, training, education, and apprenticeships, and towards employment.
