Are you self-motivated, organised, pro-active, hard-working and not afraid of a challenge? If so, we are recruiting to the position of Executive Personal Assistant to work as part of the Executive Corporate Administration Team, 37.5 hours per week, based on Agenda for Change Band 4, with the main base being the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. The post will be permanent.
Essentially you will have secretarial experience at senior level, educated to a minimum of GCSE English Language or equivalent; possess advanced keyboard skills in Microsoft products, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. You must have previous experience of minute-taking, meeting co-ordination, multiple diary management and an appropriate typing qualification or proven experience. Experience of MS Teams would also be advantageous. An NVQ 3 in Business Administration would be advantageous.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work as a team player, but have the ability to work on your own initiative, and have the ability to remain calm during periods of pressure.
