Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for researching and evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, and supplier’s reputation.
  • Identify optimum sourcing opportunities for new products while effectively integrating those new products with existing offerings to provide more value.
  • Contribute to product meetings.
  • Respond to changing conditions in product supply as well as commodity and market trends affecting pricing and availability.  
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Identify product requirements and generate purchase orders accordingly.
  • Resolve pricing/receipt and other variances from suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Procurement Certifications preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs.

Position Summary:

Penske Truck Leasing seeks highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the unique position of Hiker (Vehicle Transporter/Truck Driver). This position is responsible for vehicle delivery and returning vehicles to Penske locations and Penske customers. Primarily, this position moves our box trucks up to 26’ and for CDL Class A will include tractors and trailer movement. Position may also provide assistance to the service department to deliver parts and equipment.

This is a casual/on-call part-time truck driving job that is perfect for licensed CDL Class A drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 0 to 25 hours a week based on business needs.

Work up to 30hrs/week, day and evening hours, Mon-Sat.

Major Responsibilities:

• Follow appropriate safety procedures while driving trucks to destination of Penske location or customer locations

• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report to location manager if any issues are found

• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required

• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles

• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years of driving experience required

• 2 years of a clean DMV motor vehicle record required

• CDL Class A license required

• Ability to read and follow written instructions is required.

• Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members in order to build new business and maintain store profitability. This includes training Team Members on systems, policies, compliance, account management, recovery, and daily performance reports.
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Track, analyze, and train Team Members on various performance reports.
Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by selling loan or pawn products to consumers, identifying local marketing strategies, leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and hosting and participating in community events*.
Supervise and maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Maintain a visually pleasing and professional atmosphere that aligns with the values and mission of the Company. This includes overseeing store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other Company business throughout the workday*.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 48-hours per week**.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required, including motor vehicle report, and other background checks as required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply)
  • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

  • Collaborate with regional internal growth partners in accomplishing growth targets by networking and coordinating events with Insurance Agents (IAs), General Agencies, Field Marketing Organization and local carrier leadership.

  • Communicate, network, and negotiate with local insurance plan leaders on collaborative activities that mutually benefit the growth of both OSH, the carrier and the agent.  Also, a key tactic is building local sales management relationships to where they agree to develop and support lead generation in our 5 mile radii of the centers.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key health insurance brokers, health plans and community influencers who have relationships with individuals on Medicare.

  • Be a leader of our regional outreach teams in other capacities as needed, for example, training, CRM optimization, and special projects.

  • Train Patient Relations Managers (PRMs) and Outreach Team members on how to compliantly engage, plan and collaborate with culturally competent, knowledgeable IA’s to foster mutual growth in the catchment areas of OSH centers.

  • Other duties as assigned

Warehouse Fork Lift Operator/ Material Handler

Starting hourly rate - $17.00/hr

FORT WORTH TEXAS MANUFACTURING PLANT

The Warehouse General Team Member will be responsible for shipping and receiving activities such as building pallets, performing physical labor while engaged in loading/unloading functions, forklift operation, moving pallets to and from the production area with manually operated pallet jacks, as well as all other duties as assigned. The team member will be expected to keep the work area clean at all times at a level consistent with the high standards of food manufacturing.

Your seat at the table

  • Carry out their duties using a variety of powered industrial equipment that may include: forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors, or other equipment.
  • Responsible for handling full cases of product, including consistent lifting of cartons and merchandise onto and off conveyor lines, pallets and other storage containers.
  • Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate flow of merchandise throughout the plant.

What you bring to the table

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain supervision role, preferably in the food processing industry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have experience driving Forklifts; Stand Up Forklift experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read, understand and effectively communicate to team members in immediate area.   
  • Utilize math skills to verify quantities, make adjustments, fill out worksheets and complete order paperwork correctly. 
  • Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), radio frequency scanners, and other equipment needed to perform job duties. 
  • Solid attention to detail, ability to follow directions and apply problem solving skills 
  • Ability to identify product and match numbers.

Ability to operate forklifts stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

As a Retail Sales Representative you will ensure flawless execution of store level sales and promotion plans with customer retailers in assigned territory.  The territory consists of high volume food chain grocers and mass merchandiser customers.  You will master retail execution plans by driving incremental sales, implementing and maintaining best-in-class promotional and merchandising strategies, and ensuring 100% distribution on authorized Hershey items across all classes of trade.
Responsibilities


*Drive Customer Points of Sale through Consultative Business Partnering
Customer Relationship Development and Management: Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.  Partner with KDMs to develop and execute a detailed action plan to increase and improve sales results within their stores based on sales analytics and best practices.  Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of internal and external customers to achieve sales objectives within assigned territory.  Use strategic relationship with KDMs to influence and negotiate customers’ assistance in the merchandising of Hershey products.


Data Analysis and Sales Call Preparation: Prepare for retail sales calls by obtaining and analyzing relevant store, product and market data and creating effective selling tools and presentations for KDM delivery during call.  Utilize and complete pre-call planning methods and other company tools.  Review and make recommendations to the District sales manager to modify routes that maximize business efficiencies for all sales calls within territory.


Sales: Engage in forward selling utilizing consultative sales techniques of predetermined customer sales plans with store and market KDMs in every retail sales call, using provided data sources, technology, processes and procedures.  Maximize sales and display opportunities by conducting store walk-throughs and gaining commitment by KDMs on successful outcomes.  Tailor selling and consultative strategies to influence KDMs to order additional products to increase incremental sales and to obtain best in class quality of merchandising locations of promotional products.



*Merchandising
Achieve all merchandising objectives executing customer specific promotional plans through the effective use of forward selling and maintaining permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan.  Insure new items are placed on the shelf and out of stocks are addressed and corrected in every call.



*Administrative Responsibilities
Complete and submit electronic and/or written reports of daily and weekly activities, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territory using company approved methods and technology



*Strategy Development & Process Improvement
Develop and recommend strategies aimed to improve the overall effectiveness of the territory, district and/or area business activities.  As requested, drive advocate partnerships within the assigned category.

Qualifications


Education and Experience:


Bachelors Degree Preferred 


Bachelors Degree or HS Diploma/GED and 3 or more years recent sales or customer service experience required


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities


• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license
• Must reside within territory boundaries
• Must be able to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls on a daily basis
• Must be able to work occasional weekends and overnight stays as required by the territory
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations

S. distributor and service provider of industrial aftermarket products, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing / Purchasing Agent.  This position will be responsible for the acquisition of MRO products for the Dallas Distribution Center and over 100 Mobile Stores nationwide serving 6,000 end users. This individual will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s product costs, supplier partnerships, and anticipated needs.

The ideal candidate for the position is a highly energetic resourceful individual suitable for meeting the ever-changing customer demands of Hi-Line’s product offerings.  Additionally, this individual will be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for researching and evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, and supplier’s reputation.
  • Identify optimum sourcing opportunities for new products while effectively integrating those new products with existing offerings to provide more value.
  • Contribute to product meetings.
  • Respond to changing conditions in product supply as well as commodity and market trends affecting pricing and availability.  
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Identify product requirements and generate purchase orders accordingly.
  • Resolve pricing/receipt and other variances from suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Procurement Certifications preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs.
  • Experience in multiple inventories and industrial MRO products.
