We currently have an exciting vacancy for Machine Operators, to work on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for people who can or have the aptitude to learn how to operate production machinery and associated production equipment tomaximise output and quality throughout a production shift.

This will involve carrying out pre-start up checks on the production line at the beginning of each shift, monitor the line throughout the shift as well as making on-going and routine adjustments to the machines as well as being involved in product change-over’s and overall machine performance.

Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided in machine operation within food manufacturing.

You will need to demonstrate a good attitude and willingness to learn and succeed. A flexible approach to rotational shift working and a successful track record of working under pressure within a manufacturing environment; you will also be looking for an opportunity to further develop your talents and career by moving into this challenging role.
