The Candidate
An experienced, qualified Operations Manager with commercial experience. A manager who can lead a team and genuinely inspire a team to continuously improve their performance. Ideally you will possess a background from within engineering and have affinity with the product. - Outstanding communication skills to lead the function through change and to present in front of large and diverse senior stakeholder groups
- Experience in using automated QA/speech analytics technology or equivalent
- Proven experience in influencing wider business areas to deliver significant quality results
