Topa Thermal is a market leader in temperature controlled packaging products, primarily for the distribution of healthcare products (www.topathermal.com). Our head-quarters are located in the Netherlands, so it is expected that the right candidate would be comfortable working from home and meeting with the Product Director (who is located in Wiltshire, UK) when needed. Monthly visits to the Dutch office, coupled with some international travel would also be a requirement of the role.

We are searching for an analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across digital acquisition channels. A full funnel approach is needed from awareness and branding, to conversion, loyalty, and retention. Ensuring all channels are working holistically and optimising the customer journey for both B2B traffic and D2C e-commerce sales.
Our ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the current digital marketing landscape. You will work closely with our in-house digital creative and content resource to plan and implement organic and paid digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Implementing tracking and analysing results, trends, and learnings to report back to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.

Overview
This is a new role for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join client’s team of 15. They are a growing specialist digital marketing agency that focuses on strategic collaboration with clients in the search, content and digital effectiveness areas. You would be expected to work with the company’s range of clients, both B2C and B2B in relation to their PPC, SEO, website content and conversion optimisation.
Full-time, Permanent Position
Salary range, £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
40 hours a week plus additional hours as necessary to complete the role.
Job Description
Your day-to-day tasks would include (but not limited to) the following:
•Managing a number of client accounts by working with the client and team to achieve their digital marketing goals
•Reporting on the performance of paid search campaigns & advising on changes
•Coming up with ideas for client website content including blogs, surveys, additional pages
•Executing your digital marketing ideas for clients and measuring the performance
•Setting up Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising paid search campaigns
•Optimising paid search campaigns in Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
•Pro-actively consider new idea/opportunities that will work well for your clients of the company as a whole
•Writing engaging website content for clients’ sites, including blogs, landing and ‘normal’ web pages
•Analysing website performance and help them improve performance to meet their KPIs
•Liaising with clients to explain their performance reports & the work the company is undertaking and to advise them of the actions and tasks they need to complete to assist them with their work.

The Role
Our People and Engagement team is responsible for the fundraising, marketing, supporter care, supporter development and HR and volunteer functions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Officer to join this team.
The main purpose of this role is to use digital platforms to encourage those that are aware and engaged with our work to take action for wildlife. This could include advising on how to develop our digital platforms to encourage more donations, using digital methods to increase membership signups or measuring the impact of our communications in enabling people to act directly for wildlife. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing actionable audience insight and marketing insight from primary and secondary sources
Planning, developing and delivering digital campaigns which meet objectives
Ensuring that marketing is focused on audiences taking action - sign up, donating, becoming a member, volunteering and / or taking direct action for wildlife
Analysing and evaluating our marketing, recommending changes as required
Maintaining and developing the use of the website, social media and email marketing
Providing expertise for digital innovation and trends in digital marketing
About You
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Has digital expertise, gained from within the charity sector
Has experience of and / or qualified in various digital marketing methods and channels (email, website, social media)
Has experience of using audience insight to inform marketing plans
Has knowledge of fundraising / income generation streams and how digital marketing can positively impact fundraising success
Has the ability to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of digital output (eg by using tools such as google analytics)
Has excellent written English including an understanding of writing for digital contexts, being adaptable and able to use different styles and tone of voice
Is exceptionally well organised
Has a proven ability to plan, create, execute and evaluate a digital marketing plan

About you
We are looking for self-motivated, engaged individuals to work remotely initially, and from our office in Corsham when circumstances permit.
You will need a strong knowledge of multiple digital marketing disciplines, such as email marketing, PPC, Retargeting ads, Display ads and Social Media marketing. What will be expected of you

•You will deliver all marketing operations for Bath ASU & Pharmaxo.

•You will work with the National Sales Manager and our existing CRM data to create data lead Marketing campaigns for Bath ASU & Pharmaxo
•You will work with the Microgenetics Marketing Manager to assist with their customer learning journey and digital marketing
•You will be responsible for Social Media including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, representing the company’s brands and values
•You will work with our design agency to create a suite of market materials to support the company objectives

•You will publish the quarterly internal employee magazine
•You will assist with internal and external communications
•You will work cross functionally with relevant departments to engage, and ensure they are kept informed of marketing objectives
•You will lead marketing tactics identified from the group’s strategies including sales activities

•You will monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Head of Marketing and Managing Directors
•You will complete any other tasks or projects required by your line manager
