Digital Marketing Manager - The Role:


Trust Payments is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing company and marketing team. Your goal is to grow and manage our digital presence globally through our 2 brands by driving more traffic/leads to our digital channels, increasing conversion, improving customer journeys and user experience throughout.


Digital Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities:


- Manage the day to day running of our websites


- Drive sales activations and generate leads through ongoing and quarterly digital activity


- Product / service promotion - payments, point-of-sale, platform


- Content development - asset curation, copy editing and copywriting, content gathering, creative / studio designing, project management


- Testing - campaigns, content, software (Website, Social Media)

  • Lead on the development and improvements to SEO, PPC and link building so this can feed into marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Evaluate all campaign activity to determine the ROI and feed findings back into the marketing plans and campaigns using Google Analytics, Google AdWords and other relevant sites.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages and creative content by working with colleagues where work may overlap.
  • Report progress and possible improvements to senior marketing management on a regular basis and ensure all findings from analysis and evaluations are shared across the Global Online Learning Marketing Teams.

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager who can enhance engagement through social and paid advertising channels and help to achieve the charity's mission to engage with thousands of people across the UK.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will take lead responsibility for the development and roll out the Museum’s digital marketing strategy and eCommerce approach.

The Digital Marketing function is tasked to reach/exceed visitor targets, revenue and sales goals and other customer experience KPIs. This involves coordinating all digital marketing and acquisition activity across Paid Search, SEO, Social, Affiliates and Display, allocating budgets, and working closely with the Campaigns and Press teams to maximise efficiency in our digital marketing channels. Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a dotted line into the Group Marketing Manager, this role requires a well-rounded digital marketer with expertise in outbound and inbound digital marketing campaigns. DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE – Clayton Hotel City of London 

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Digital Marketing Executive in the excellent Clayton Hotel City of London, Aldgate East. 

Objective of the Role

This role will involve working as part of the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate must pose excellent reporting and analytical skills to ensure achievement of KPI’s and must have the ability to effectively organise, manage and prioritise their workload in a fast-moving environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute a marketing strategy to combine online and offline marketing plans.
  • Coordinate all marketing output whether that be print, electronic or digital with the support of our current suppliers.
  • Prepare an online marketing plan that will increase website traffic, create social engagement and collaborate all online channels.
  • Increase the social media output via facebook and twitter with a view to opening more direct booking channels with our customers.
  • Managing the social media networks for the hotel.
  • Take ownership of the Social Media Strategy and content schedule ensuring these fits in with the overall marketing strategy.

  • Liaise with company digital manager and improve hotel website in line with a clearly defined strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to ensure SEO and PPC are relevant.
  • Plan and implement display and email campaigns, including updating email communications for all reservations (through our reservation system)
  • Manage all databases and research consumer personas to ensure effective targeting of all campaigns.
  • Effectively measuring the success of campaigns, ensuring timely reports are communicated on all elements.
  • Create the strategy to improve our book direct channels via our website, telephone, e-mail, Facebook and twitter channels.
  • Liaise with graphic designer and to proof all collateral.
  • Liaise with the public relations supplier ensuring all promotional sales activity, press opportunities, competitions and contra deals are supporting overall hotel objectives.
  • Audit internal print collateral and ensure correct placement of all materials and removal of all materials when expired.
  • Work closely with our key partners – Media Buyers on planning campaigns and our Brand Agency to co-ordinate the briefing and proofing of all marketing material.
  • Create database of e-mail addresses filtered by market segments and set up effective communication strategy.
  • Assistance in wider marketing campaigns such as consumer trade shows, corporate sales blitzes, events, wedding showcases, photo shoots, PR events/activities, photo calls etc
  • Assist with all F&B marketing promotions and all tactical room’s promotions. Seek opportunities to co-promote in our efforts to increase spend.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification in Marketing or equivalent 
  • Demonstrate creativity and enjoyment in social media and marketing
  • Knowledge of CMS, Photoshop and basic HTML required.
  • Proven knowledge & success with online marketing channels such as PPC.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to develop key relationship with stakeholders.
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into usable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with previous experience in working in a fast pace environment. The ability to coordinate key milestones with a number of stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role requires someone eager to learn and deliver results in a highly KPI driven environment. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing paid search campaigns (Google & Bing) – experience of working with these platforms is essential
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing paid social (PPC/Pay per click) campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin is essential
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics is essential
  • Intuitive understanding of customer journeys, and the ability to pick out potential areas of friction within paths to conversion
