Reddit is seeking a Business Marketing Manager to build our international efforts across new markets and existing markets including UK, France, Germany and Australia. You will drive messaging, content and go-to-market strategy for Reddit for Business across new and existing international markets. You will create data-backed business narratives, inspiring marketing materials and easy-to-sell packages that drive adoption of Reddit for Business among our international advertisers. You will manage the creative process with external designers. 

You will set and lead the strategic vision for compelling content to be leveraged by our clients as well as Sales, Events Marketing, Communications and Channel Marketing.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Set a vision, roadmap and process for Reddit’s International Business Marketing strategy across multiple non-US countries 
  • Launch multi-country marketing campaigns in partnership xfn and marketing partners 
  • Develop messaging and assets—including decks, video, infographics, and beyond that support the International Reddit for Business roadmap
  • Build, maintain, and execute against an editorial calendar that supports the brand narrative and leverages company milestones, seasonal trends, and key launches
  • Oversee the production process, providing feedback and coaching as well as managing external design resources 
  • Identify patterns and trends within 3rd party and 1st party data to tell compelling audience-specific stories
  • Write engaging content for pitches, webinars, industry events, and whitepapers 
  • Work closely with managers from Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Event Marketing to ensure Reddit for Business messaging is consistent 
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Communications, Marketing Sciences, and other teams to disseminate messaging and collateral widely

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, marketing communications, strategic storytelling, content strategy or a related field in international markets 
  • 5+ years experience within B2B marketing in European markets
  • Experience scaling marketing materials across multiple non-US countries

Job Description

Managing a wide range of artists across our growing frontline Dance / Pop roster, this role is tasked with creating, delivering and co-ordinating marketing and promotional campaigns for domestic and international releases.  

Working autonomously and as part of the Artist Services team, the Marketing Manager is in charge of co-ordinating releases and driving campaigns through to completion.

  • You have worked on online marketing campaigns and CRM before and are comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and executing things yourself.
  • You are very comfortable using a range of tools to analyze, test, and execute online marketing activities (eg. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and possess core skills needed to get the job done or are otherwise a quick learner. Knowledge of SQL and mobile analytics tools is a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager to work closely with our ad tech partners on co-marketing programmes that will help drive awareness and adoption of Audience Network products.  The successful candidate will have a talent for nurturing partner relationships, developing mutually-beneficial marketing plans and delivering on those plans to drive business goals.

 

This role requires the ability to collaborate internally with multiple Audience Network teams across the globe including partner managers, sales, product and marketing. It will also work closely with marketing managers in our ad tech partner companies, ensuring that Audience Network is well represented in their plans, and collaborating with them on delivering those plans.

 

This candidate will also work closely with Audience Network’s  regional and central marketing teams to deliver on those plans, and craft content in support of these plans such as presentations, sales collateral, case studies and more.

 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry, particularly the ad tech ecosystem, and a drive for delivering on strategic marketing plans that deliver business results. This position is full-time -  initially based remotely during the current environment and eventually based in our London office.

 

Responsibilities

â—      Work closely with our ad tech partners’ marketing teams to develop and deliver mutually-beneficial marketing plans that support business objectives.

â—      Collaborate closely with internal partner managers to understand priorities and translate these into marketing activities that support and grow our partnerships.

â—      Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support in-market partner activations such as webinars and virtual events.

â—      Develop content in support of partner marketing plans including presentations, sales collateral, case studies and more, while ensuring that partner-related content aligns to our partner marketing guidelines.

â—      Work with the central marketing team (digital, brand, editorial, analyst relations) and corporate communications to ensure partner marketing needs are represented in content marketing, digital marketing, analyst relations, PR and brand marketing (e.g. video) plans.

â—      Communicate marketing plans and results to cross-functional teams.

 

 

 

 

Skills


Minimum Qualification

â—      BA/BS degree in marketing or similar

â—      7 years’ experience in marketing

â—      Experience working in an external-facing capacity and comfortable representing an organization to third-parties

â—      Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans

â—      Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales and marketing to deliver results

â—      Ability to synthesize complex product features into compelling marketing content

Preferred Qualification

â—      Experience in partner marketing

â—      Experience in the digital advertising industry or ad tech

â—      Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

Business Marketing Manager, International

Reddit is seeking a Business Marketing Manager to build our international efforts across new markets and existing markets including UK, France, Germany and Australia. This role will bring data and insights to life with compelling messaging and engaging content that resonates most with our international markets.

You will drive messaging, content and go-to-market strategy for Reddit for Business across new and existing international markets. You will create data-backed business narratives, inspiring marketing materials and easy-to-sell packages that drive adoption of Reddit for Business among our international advertisers. You will manage the creative process with external designers. 

You will set and lead the strategic vision for compelling content to be leveraged by our clients as well as Sales, Events Marketing, Communications and Channel Marketing.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Set a vision, roadmap and process for Reddit’s International Business Marketing strategy across multiple non-US countries 
  • Launch multi-country marketing campaigns in partnership xfn and marketing partners 
  • Develop messaging and assets—including decks, video, infographics, and beyond that support the International Reddit for Business roadmap
  • Build, maintain, and execute against an editorial calendar that supports the brand narrative and leverages company milestones, seasonal trends, and key launches
  • Oversee the production process, providing feedback and coaching as well as managing external design resources 
  • Identify patterns and trends within 3rd party and 1st party data to tell compelling audience-specific stories
  • Write engaging content for pitches, webinars, industry events, and whitepapers 
  • Work closely with managers from Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Event Marketing to ensure Reddit for Business messaging is consistent 
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Communications, Marketing Sciences, and other teams to disseminate messaging and collateral widely

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, marketing communications, strategic storytelling, content strategy or a related field in international markets 
  • 5+ years experience within B2B marketing in European markets
  • Experience scaling marketing materials across multiple non-US countries 
  • Experience with online advertising industry 
  • Available portfolio of content examples 
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Experience in more than one non-US market a plus
