Job Title: Governance & Reporting Analyst Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organisation and communication? Join our dynamic team as a Governance & Reporting Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in our Governance & Reporting function. Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our internal project management capability to capture support delivery meetings and generate timely, accurate management information reports. These reports are essential for informing key decision-making processes throughout the Implementation Period. Summary of the Responsibility: - Perform secretariat duties within the Governance Team. - Support the Governance team with scheduling and mailbox management. - Escalate scheduling conflicts and document planning assumptions as required. - Circulate reports, papers, and information as directed prior to key meetings. - Provide administration support across Governance as needed. - Serve as secretariat for an internal working group’s fortnightly meetings. - Serve as secretariat for the Change Control panels and process. - Manage the mailbox and diary for the Governance Team. - Support the Project Management capability by capturing key information, with a focus on reporting assistance. - Escalate scheduling conflicts and document planning assumptions as required. - Circulate reports, papers, and information as directed prior to key meetings. About you: Essential: - Experience serving as a secretariat for boards, including minute-taking. - Ability to collaborate with other teams to collate management information and reports for key meetings. - Ability to respond quickly and positively to change in a dynamic environment. - Resilience in a fast-paced and demanding environment. - Strong ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - Proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and adapting to emerging priorities. - Strong written and verbal presentation skills to support the Governance & Reporting Lead in facilitating key governance meetings. - High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Desirable: - Experience supporting project managers and delivery teams. - Experience running and chairing meetings with senior stakeholders. - Experience supporting large-scale transition programmes, such as moving from one service provider to another. - Experience working in Public Sector organisations.
