What we do
Clear Pathway care provide support for all adults aged 18 years and older of both sexes with the aim of supporting them back into the community. We promote individuals to keep in touch with their families and friends and be encouraged to maintain links with their own community where possible and to support everyone to integrate and become a valued member of their community.
Our services are tailored to each individual and specialise in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Communication problems, Challenging Behaviour and other associated health issues. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care and safety within a homely environment where the individual can feel valued, safe and take pride in their surroundings.
How we do it
A strength of Clear Pathway Care services is the training provided. Every member of staff, prior to commencing work completes a two-week induction which includes time set aside for observations of working practice. We support staff with ongoing professional development and QCF level 2,3 and 5 accreditation's. All staff members receive regular updated training on key training programmes e.g Child and Adult safeguarding and Fire training.
When staff members initially start employment, they are on a 6-month probationary period whereby there is a requirement to complete The Care Certificate, Autism Workbook and attend all mandatory training that has been provided. During this period staff will have monthly probation meetings and if successfully passing the probation period staff members will then receive bi-monthly supervision as a minimum and yearly appraisal.

We have an exciting vacancy for a Clinical Informatics Knowledge Officer within the team to undertake work in managing the growth of EDGE; a web-based national medical research management system for the NHS, Higher education institutions and other international institutions
The successful applicant must have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in a relevant subject area.
You will need a good understanding of clinical research in the UK, especially the interactions between Research teams, R&D and Support departments, Clinical Research Networks and the National Institute of Health Research and preferably have experience working within one of these departments or organisations.
The role is very broad and requires many different skills, including business analysis, change management, presentation skills, project management and requires an individual who is willing to engage with our customers across the UK and abroad to understand their challenges and provide resolutions.
The role will require occasionally working with large datasets and therefore experience in this area is necessary, with skills such as SQL, or advanced Excel beneficial. A thorough understanding of data protection and GDPR is also extremely important.
Experience of working in a Software and a Service environment is also welcome, with associated skills including account management, Agile, UI, UX, or wire framing all beneficial.
The role is extremely dynamic and will incorporate aspects of all the above skills, combined to deliver a professional and innovative service to the NHS and Healthcare organisations abroad in order to support them in delivering efficient and effective clinical research.

There are 92.5 hours available; hours can be full or part time with a minimum of 22.5hours per week. Secondments would be considered and hours would be worked Monday- Friday however on occasion there will be a requirement to work nights and weekends to support all staff.

The NHS in Wales is offering a salaried post-graduate training post in Reproductive Science (Andrology) for high calibre science graduates who are passionate about science and its role in patient care.
The post is based within the Wales Fertility Institute which operates laboratories in Cardiff, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea. WFI’s staff comprises highly experienced scientists, clinicians, nurses and support staff who offer safe, effective treatment in an NHS setting. The service offers both NHS and patient funded treatment and enjoys close links with both Cardiff and Swansea Universities. This HEIW fully funded programme is equivalent to that of the STP programme in England.

On completion of training, prospects for permanent employment both nationally and internationally are excellent. The preceptorship programme is designed for new graduates supporting them through the transition from student to qualified practitioner. During this time, the staff member will be supported by an experienced practitioner (a preceptor), to develop their confidence as an independent professional, and to refine their skills, values and behaviours. The programme includes six study days covering a range of topics and a comprehensive preceptorship handbook to support development in practice.
In addition to this, the programme encompasses portfolio building, networking with your peers and aims to educate and stimulate discussion. It provides a foundation for lifelong learning and allows nurses to provide effective patient-centred care confidently.
At the end of the 12-month programme, the preceptee (you) will become a full time, substantive Registered Nurse Mental Health or Registered Nurse Learning Disability staff nurse and will increase an increment within the Band 5 pay grade.

We are looking for a Reception Liaison Assistant to join the Security and Reception team based at Langdon Hospital, in Dawlish.
The aim of the role to provide a smooth running, efficient, welcoming and professional reception, welcoming visitors and contractors and other healthcare professionals to the hospital, accurate data entry on to a computerised systems and general administration duties, CCTV monitoring, controlling of the airlock doors and gates, and checking in and out of Contractor Tools and Patient’s on Community or Ground Leave.
The Dewnans Centre reception operates a 24 hour service that will include both day and night time working seven days per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in the role of Reception Liaison Assistant at Langdon Hospital to cover all shifts patterns working seven days per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all Reception and Security tasks including, but not limited to, the management of all incoming telephone calls and radio messages, directing calls to relevant staff members, also deal with enquiries efficiently, taking accurate messages and disseminating them to the relevant person.
We are based at Langdon Hospitalin Dawlish and have 3 Local Delivery Units (LDUs); the Prison Cluster, Inpatient and Community.
The Directorate supports people who, as a result of their mental health issues, have had contact with the legal system and need a safe and secure environment that enables them to receive a wide range of treatments, therapies and care to help them recover. This includes contact within Liaison and Diversion services; assessment and treatment within our 3 Devon prisons; secure inpatient care and discharge into the community.

As a new member of staff to Devon Partnership NHS Trust you will be required to attend a full induction programme at the beginning of your employment. What we do
Clear Pathway care provide support for all adults aged 18 years and older of both sexes with the aim of supporting them back into the community. We promote individuals to keep in touch with their families and friends and be encouraged to maintain links with their own community where possible and to support everyone to integrate and become a valued member of their community.
Our services are tailored to each individual and specialise in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Communication problems, Challenging Behaviour and other associated health issues. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care and safety within a homely environment where the individual can feel valued, safe and take pride in their surroundings.
How we do it
A strength of Clear Pathway Care services is the training provided. Every member of staff, prior to commencing work completes a two-week induction which includes time set aside for observations of working practice. We support staff with ongoing professional development and QCF level 2,3 and 5 accreditation's. All staff members receive regular updated training on key training programmes e.g Child and Adult safeguarding and Fire training.
When staff members initially start employment, they are on a 6-month probationary period whereby there is a requirement to complete The Care Certificate, Autism Workbook and attend all mandatory training that has been provided. During this period staff will have monthly probation meetings and if successfully passing the probation period staff members will then receive bi-monthly supervision as a minimum and yearly appraisal.
The Role
We have vacancies for full-time Support Workers, experience is preferred but not essential. What we do need is caring, confident, and enthusiastic people who want to work with us to improve the quality of life for our service users.
