Job Purpose

To provide professional clinical nursing to all residents whilst delivering strong leadership, abiding by the NMC’s code of professional conduct and supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.

Main responsibilities

·To promote the highest standards of Nursing care within the home

·Strong oral and written communication skills especially report writing, and care planning

Job Summary:

Overall responsibilities:

Our main priority is the care of our residents and as we continue to develop our service, we require additional dedicated nurses to join our team.

About you

You must have current NMC registration and good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD).

Experience of working with the elderly preferably in a care home setting.

Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.

Dedicated and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.

Leadership training an advantage.

  • Must be confident in leadership, capable of taking action and supportive of others to ensure continual improvements in service delivery. The post holder must be able to practice as a clinical nurse and as a social care leader.
