As a Product Manager for this team you'll work closely with a small cross-functional group of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists. On a daily basis you’ll help to define initiatives, evaluate business value, prioritize, work with research to test prototypes with users, evangelize the roadmap, measure and report on product KPIs.
Work with a small cross-functional squad to drive the release, measure results, iterate and meet the objectives of a given initiative.
Responsible for a critical part of the Surfline product; setting direction, strategy, roadmap, reviewing releases, providing feedback, making tweaks and helping us meet our goals.
Analyze market analysis, product metrics, user/market research, technology trends and determine what initiatives your squad should work on next.
Define problem definition, solution vision and KPIs for Product initiatives.
Build relationships across the business with key stakeholders, creating buy-in on the roadmap and initiatives.
Foster a data and test driven product development culture.
3-4 years consumer facing software product management experience.
Experience working within iOS, Android and web ecosystems.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience performing product-focused quantitative analysis.
Demonstrated ability to discuss technical, business and user experience tradeoffs and create a compelling solution.
Demonstrated ability to define compelling initiatives and drive them to completion with no assistance.

What you will be doing?

As part of this role, you will work with a portfolio of existing customers. However, you will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities (this will involve cold calling), negotiating contracts and joint business plans.
You will regularly review performance of ice cream & food solutions products within the sites that you have opened up and work closely with the on-site decision makers to increase sales.
You will also develop and maintain commercial relationships with Head Office (Unilever) contacts, agreeing ranging and visibility solutions and then clearly communicate these execution requirements to individual customer sites.
