Key Objectives

Responsible for the promotion and sales of our Component sales like power supplies, cases and coolers.
Daily support of the of channel programs to meet sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

Create retail focused campaigns with the Channel Marketing group.

Support product launches, marketing and PR collateral, sales tools, web site content, sales training, promotional campaigns and lead/revenue generation.

Operational Experience/Academic Qualification

Educated to degree level or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with retail marketing experience with IT and PC hardware components sales.
Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.
Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel.
An understanding of and experience in project management and general sales skills.
Native English speaking and preferably one other European language.

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £24,000 (£30k with OTE)

Business Development Executive Package:

Business Development Executive Role:
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the Ice Comms offering and the marketplace they operate within, reporting into and learning from the Sales Managers and Directors
  • Enthusiastically participate in your IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship programme – you’ll be training and developing your skills through this qualification
  • Perform regular prospect and client outreach over the phone, via email and through social channels in order to generate leads
  • Effectively articulate and present the Ice Comms product and service offering in a clear, precise and succinct manner
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment, you will ensure high activity through calls, proposals and demonstrations
  • Liaise closely with other internal departments, including the delivery and support teams
  • Contribute to internal and external sales and marketing communications

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager - Industrial Product
 
We are a small high functioning marketing team giving you the opportunity to fully flex your marketing capabilities. We would require our Marketing Manager to be involved in the following plans and day to day tasks:
· Support Sales Growth; identify and develop plans to access new business.
· Product Management; overseeing the portfolios full life cycle, including NPD and product optimisation to include pricing.
· Digital; develop and lead the digital strategy to existing and new markets, driving sales and brand awareness; always aligned with Global messaging and Corporate brand guidelines.
· Website Management; increase conversion rates, activity and enquiries.
· Team Management; coach and develop the marketing team. Encourage new ideas for activity and engaging campaigns for the UK market both B2B and B2C.  
· Collaborate; with the US marketing function ensuring marketing statistics are shared as well as assisting the UK sales force with new marketing collateral and leads for new business channels.

To be selected for this role, you will need the following skills and experience;
· Achieved a recognised Marketing qualification and have experience of managing a marketing team.
· Previously worked in a manufacturing business and developed product life cycles.
· Can demonstrate previous marketing activities and how the success of the campaigns impacted the product awareness and product demand in the market.
