Good working knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, hot water, experience with HVAC, boilers, painting and tiling will be an advantage; Strong communication skills and also have a ‘hands on' pro-active approach; Ideally you will be a qualified electrician and a good team player and the ability to take ownership of tasks and workload; Experience in offering exceptional customer service. To maintain a clean and organised maintenance workshop, and to manage our hotel inventory securely including tools, supplies and equipment, as well as the maintenance of plant, equipment and building including fixtures and fittings; To adhere to department budget, controlling costs and overheads with a focus on energy management, preventative maintenance & capital planning.
