Job Summary: Qualified candidate has knowledge of water and drain system and experience with commercial plumbing and hot water systems. Aptitude to unclog, snake, clean and service drains and drain lines, with any experience with skills such as weld, solvent gluing, braze and solder piping systems.  Qualified candidate possesses ability to plan, layout and install plastic drain systems. 1. Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems on at least two types of machine equipment, which may include mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical.

This position will assist the property management team in overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the properties. The Lead Maintenance Technician repairs, installs and maintains a variety of property equipment while participating in in-house construction projects. The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general upkeep of the properties, positive resident relations, and work in the direction of company goals.
