 Our client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to recruit FLT Counterbalance Drivers.<br> <br>l AM Shift l Monday to Friday l £14.00<br> <br><strong>The Role</strong><br>We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT (Forklift Truck) Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload pallets in the warehouse. This role requires a high level of precision, safety awareness, and teamwork.<br><ul><li>Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport pallets and materials within the warehouse.</li><li>Load and unload goods from vehicles and stack them in designated areas.</li><li>Ensure pallets and materials are stored safely and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.</li><li>Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet operational goals.</li></ul> <br><strong>Successful Applicants</strong><br><ul><li>Valid FLT Counterbalance license (In house licences not accepted)</li><li>Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably within a warehouse or distribution setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li></ul> <br> <br> <br>
