Tips can add a further £15 to £100 depending on the establishment and the extent of its food service. A live-in care worker generally earns approximately £70 to £90 per day. Hotel chef salaries can be anything from £16,000 to £70,000 per annum, again, depending on establishment, experience and speciality.
