As IT Operations Manager, you’ll manage all aspects of end-to-end operational IT service deliveries to include; an in-house ITIL service desk, IT asset management, infrastructure design and management, IT process design, monitoring and management, IT service catalogue, change management and SLA/OLA definition and management. We’re now looking for an IT Operations Manager – someone to provide leadership of the IT Operations team, ensuring a reliable and secure IT estate that enables high quality service delivery, strong value for money and delights internal and external customers.
