As is commonly known, hospital doctors and other specially trained medical professionals earn a great deal more, starting at £37,000. In almost all cases, salaries are regulated by a pay scale, and will not deviate from the amount an employee is due based on position and experience, except where they receive bonuses (typically for overtime).
