Position: Maintenance Assistant
Salary: £19,500 - £23,000 dependent upon skills & experience
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To ensure relevant buildings under remit are properly maintained
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts.
  • To manage specified projects within remit.
  • To monitor Safe working policy and systems of work across site within remit.
  • Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement

  • Experience of working in a maintenance environment preferable but not essential
  • Basic DIY maintenance & repair skills preferable
  • Ability to fix basic plumbing problems, painting, carpentry etc
