We've got some big new product development plans and we're looking for an exceptional Junior Graphic Designer who can have a 360 approach to bring ideas to life in packaging, digital and marketing. The role is for a market leading FMCG multi fragrance & toiletries brand in Harrow, West London. We need someone who is ready to tackle the big projects as well multi-task the small day to day tasks. Salary £22K-£25K depending on skills and experience. The ideal candidate will be a graphic design graduate with 1-2 years' experience in packaging. Experience in the health & beauty would be desirable but not essential.
Reporting and working very closely with the Head of Design & NP, you will be supporting the packaging design process for all current products and new product development. You will be expected to come up with original and creative ideas, taking them from concept to finished product.
Responsibilities:
-Build pitch decks for the sales teams and distributors
-Deliver ecommerce assets including web banners, newsletters, product & lifestyle shots and additional ad-hoc digital requirement
-Creatively build web banners and social design for external online partners
-The ability to deliver large scale print from advertising campaigns to exhibition stands
-Product and lifestyle shot re-touching
-Multimedia design for all social media channels
-Create content tailored to specific channels including Real-time design and execution of creative assets including but not limited to short-form GIFs/Boomerangs, static images, video, illustrations and copy etc.
-Collating conceptual mood board experiences
-Identifying gaps in the market and create aspiration & innovative
-Executing both large and small creative briefs to a high standard
-Project managing briefs and internal expectations

Skills and Experience:
You’ll need to be designer that is on brand and has commercial awareness. You’ll have the ability to adapt to the project briefs, be conceptual and follow creative direction. You'll be used to taking on projects from the beginning and have the ability to multi-task large workload. You’ll be able meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You'll have advanced knowledge of Creative Suite, be excellent at setting up artwork files. Finally, attention to detail is a must!
-Suitable for a graphic design graduate
-1-2 year Packaging Graphic Design experience
-Experience in health & beauty is preferably but not essential
-Impressive portfolio preferably including some examples of design for FMCG products

  • Translate Therabody’s visual identity and tone of voice across each local website & product detail pages
  • Lead the refresh of Therabody’s look and feel across several touch points including seasonal, product launches, and Amazon Brand Store Landing Pages
  • Work with internal parties (eCommerce, Social, PR, Media, Marketing, etc) and external agencies on bringing to life 360 campaigns within digital commerce
  • Sourcing, retouching and organising images and videos as required

  • Be able to move with speed to create content while being resourceful and independent 


Requirements:

 

  • Strong photography, videography and graphic design skills; e.g., creative portfolio showcasing content productions across skill sets and platforms
  • 3+ Years serving as a Graphic Designer at a top-tier studio, agency, or high-end brand creating digital content (videos and images) and print content.
  • Clean and sophisticated design aesthetic. Master with type, strong image-maker, and conceptual thinker who can expertly navigate experimentation with control.
  • Experience with Amazon and digital commerce is highly preferred
  • Must present a strong portfolio of prior relevant work
  • Robust experience and success in all forms of media, but particularly print, digital, branding, editorial, and packaging.
