This is a true Temp to Permanent opportunity!
Conversion Timeframe: 4 months
Hours: 7AM - 4PM Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Bill and follow up on patient accounts
  • Follow up with major Federal/Government and Commercial insurance in a timely manner
  • Report any payer denial trends to management
  • Responsible for the collecting the maximum reimbursement for assigned payers or accounts
  • Research payer denials and rejections
  • Correct denials or rejected claims accurately, and resubmit in a timely manner
  • Record billing and collection activities accurately in billing system
  • Provide payers with supporting documentation needed to achieve maximum reimbursement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience within Medical Billing and Reimbursement
  • Understand the follow up process
  • Understand and interpret patient EOBs
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel) and billing systems
  • Strong understanding of payer trends and billing procedures

Job Summary: Qualified candidate has knowledge of water and drain system and experience with commercial plumbing and hot water systems. Aptitude to unclog, snake, clean and service drains and drain lines, with any experience with skills such as weld, solvent gluing, braze and solder piping systems.  Qualified candidate possesses ability to plan, layout and install plastic drain systems. As well as assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems in commercial and industrial settings by performing the following duties. This position works day shift: Monday through Friday.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations.

  • Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe

  • Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors.

  • Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings

  • Cuts and threads pipe

  • Bends pipe to required angle by use of pipe-bending machine or by placing pipe over block and bending it by hand.

  • Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass, and lead, and nonmetals, such as glass, vitrified clay, and plastic

  • Joins pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulks joints

  • Fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is leaking.

  • Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners

  • Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains

  • Welds holding fixtures to steel structural members

  • Will be able to weld on piping, structural steel, and miscellaneous welding

  • Ability to repair Backflow devices

  • Able to silver solder copper

  • Performs preventative maintenance tasking as assigned

  • Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities. Maintain, organize, control, inventory supplies, tools, and equipment

  • Clean and organize shop area. Maintain inventory of spare parts and material. Maintain tools and equipment for maintenance work. Performs other routine duties

Qualifications: 



  • High School Diploma , G.E.D. or equivalent experience

  • Must be 21 years old or older

  • 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

  • Forklift and/or aerial lift certifications are a plus.

  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to write basic reports and customer request documents such as work orders.

Responsibilities
As a Branch Chief, Account Executive Team, you will: Direct the day-to-day activities of the assigned team, including distribution and balancing of workload, tracking work progress and status, estimating and reporting on work completion, instructing the team in specific tasks and job techniques, responding to and assisting with technical issues and problems, reporting on work performance and training needs, and administering the gain and loss of employees.
Provide coordination for technical assistance to resident organizations, owners, management agents, for initiating and implementing resident involvement in the management and or purchase of HUD-Owned, HUD-Held, and Insured Multifamily Housing.
Perform technical reviews of work in progress or finished work products of colleagues for accuracy, adequacy, and soundness.

The Office of Housing provides vital public services through its nationally administered programs. It oversees the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the largest mortgage insurer in the world, and regulates important parts of the housing industry. The Office of Housing also helps ensure consumers can access housing counseling and provides affordable rental housing through its Multifamily housing program. The Office of Housing is committed to helping all Americans obtain safe, decent affordable housing.
The official duty station for this position will be in Ft. Worth, TX. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience:Specialized experience is 1 year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: - Leading or managing a team of employees and monitoring their progress towards achieving project goals and objectives; AND - Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements; AND - Coordinating and supporting a variety of housing asset management functions such as Project-Based Section 8, preservation of affordable housing, rental subsidy administration, grant administration, risk management , and program compliance; AND - Consulting with and providing technical assistance to program officials, residents, citizen groups, and Federal, state, or local government officials on a variety of federally assisted housing or affordable housing issues.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TIGERS IMPORT SPECIALIST

  • Handling air and ocean import accounts for the branch from A to Z
  • Booking confirmations with overseas offices and customers
  • Providing rate quotes on potential shipments
  • Determining and recommending shipment costs and routing options to the customer
  • Completing FMC and ISF filing on designated shipment files
  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Arranging collection and deliveries of freight for international import moves 
  • Completing all necessary import documentation in order to remain compliant with regulations.
  • Taking operational, routing, and customer service responsibility for all files handled
  • Using a preferred list of truckers and vendors to identify customer solutions based on rates and service
  • Preparing and reviewing import documentation for Customs Broker.
  • Handling clearance for OGA (F&W, FDA, FCC, DOT, etc.)
  • Completing entries for import files
  • Remaining compliant with government, industry and company standards
  • Processing billing and invoicing for the shipment
  • Supporting accounting with regards to outstanding payment collection
  • Establishing a positive relationship with both internal and external customers and vendors
  • Informing customers and vendors of updates and changes with freight movements
  • Assisting with export department as needed
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

        SUMMARY:

        Expedite procurement of materials to meet production goals. Communicate with vendors on delivery dates order status.

         

        ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

        • Assist Buyers to procure materials to meet the goals regarding production due dates, cost, quality, and customer requirements.
        • Supports Buyers and Plant Sourcing Manager on procurement issues, i.e. invoice and receipt discrepancies, Tracking late and early purchase orders.
        • Communicate with suppliers to verify purchase orders dates based off the Purchase order report
        • Determines and verify’ s supplier lead times for purchasing direct material, expense items.
        • Partners with engineering in the new product development initiatives ensuring a thorough understanding of product specifications.
        • Partners with the planning team by identifying at risk materials in order to prevent shortages on the shop floor.
        • Provides assistance to buyers and production in expediting and de-expediting purchase order releases.
        • Actively purchasing of a select group of commodities and services in support of sourcing and operations
        Qualifications

        EDUCATION

        • HS diploma or GED

         QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Entry level (less than 2 years experience)
        • Experience in manufacturing preferred
        • Strong oral and written communication skills
        • Competency in the use of PC and MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook

         PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

        Must be able to:

        • Perform activities including bending, stooping, standing, walking
        • Sit or stand for seven (7) to eight (8) hours per day
        • Stand and walk from one (1) to two (2) hours per day
