This individual will represent and speak on behalf of a Christian charity and as such the Occupational Requirement for an active Christian faith is justified under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1, clause 3. To work closely with the Chief Executive and CEO Office, ensuring the Chief Executive is kept abreast of all board-related matters and all responses are timely and of excellent quality, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of the wider organisation and ensuring consistency and alignment between Board and Strategic Leadership Team priorities.
