7.4 Processing/administering lease enquiries/consents/extensions.
7.5 Processing Land Registry enquiries.

- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

You will have 2-3 years experience dealing with commercial contracts within a law firm. You will have excellent academics, a 2.1 and above at degree and preferably the LPC. You will be keen to learn and a self-starter. GDPR experience is also essential.
You MUST be comfortable going to an office 5 days a week.
A contract with the view to be made permanent.
You will be expected to draft and review commercial contracts as well as get involved with dispute resolution cases. An excellent opportunity to get involved with international work.

To work with a housing legal team and the successful person would join a team of legal officers dealing with caseloads of housing related litigation cases. The majority of the work will be covering disrepair claims that have been issued by outside solicitor firms.
They are looking for someone who is legally qualified either a solicitor, CILEX with experience dealing with housing litigation and in particular with disrepair cases, ie S.11, EPA cases.
