As Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Performance to successfully deliver a holistic physical development strategy across the LCFC Women's first team, with responsibilities focused on the delivery of gym and pitch-based sessions, monitoring and analysis of performance, provision of female athlete-specific support, alongside positive collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary team. In August 2020, the Club turned professional after being acquired by King Power International – Leicester City’s parent company – and realigned as a core team in Leicester City’s football operation.
