Main duties include:

 

  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts to trial balance
  • Daily management and control of the cashbooks
  • Maintain sales ledger & accounts receivable
  • Monthly VAT return
  • Monthly Intra-stat returns and EU sales list
  • Reconciliations
  • Accruals / Prepayments

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have good Excel knowledge (pivot table and VLOOKUP understanding). You will have a good understanding of the month end process. You will also need to at least hold an AAT qualification or a degree in accounts and finance.
