Job Description

Salary range: $43000 - $51000 per year.

Responsibilities 

  • Execute a variety of brand marketing and promotional campaigns in line with the marketing strategy for various products and services.

  • Work together with the team of content creators and a designer for campaign deliverables.

  • Analyze campaigns and deliver valuable insights that will help us improve user engagement and support our growth.

  • Manage our website – be responsible for administrating content across all pages and coordinating new content development.

  • Develop campaign strategy, offers, messaging, and promotional materials, partnering with content managers and designers.

  • Execution includes developing promotional ad and email copy, advising on creative direction, developing wireframes and scripts, and creating landing pages.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on test results and campaign effectiveness. 

  • Identify what’s working, what’s not working, and how to continue to optimize campaign programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, an asset.

  • Previous related experience (preferably in an agency setting) is a plus.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Strong copywriting skills and correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.

  • Motivated, goal-oriented attitude and able to excel with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to organize, multi‐task, work independently on several projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new platforms.

We are looking for an Event Promotions Assistant. This position is essential in planning and facilitating daily events/trade shows and will be responsible for all our marketing and event coordination. Responsibilities will be sales planning, coordinating, and execution of our events.

Salary range: $45000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management guidance and act as a subject matter expert in conjunction with other personnel to execute high profile, large event, or otherwise strategic events with 100% success.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and competency regarding our product suite.

  • Ability to consult with customers on solutions that fit their needs on a per-event basis.

JOB SUMMARY
Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience (i.e.,ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, SummerFest, etc.) activities. Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies. Follow through with training guidelines to support the direction of Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers. Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees. " Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves and tables as needed.
" Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
" Record verbal/written complaints from customers concerning dissatisfaction with product or service provided. Process the complaint by responding to the customer with the action taken to correct the problem or directing the complaint department supervisor/manager where necessary.
