About the Examinations Support Administrator role:

This is a challenging role requiring you to work within the rules, regulations, and guidelines of over 20 examination boards.  You will administer the approval of all examination access arrangements for students sitting both online and written examinations.  You will also demonstrate outstanding customer service skills when dealing with students, staff, parents, and examination boards on a daily basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding team of Medical Typists. We are looking to appoint efficient and enthusiastic individuals who can provide comprehensive, accurate, professional and efficient typing support to medical/surgical specialties within the Trust.

The successful candidate will be experienced with a good standard of education and excellent keyboard and audio typing skills. You will also be expected to carry out other administrative duties when required.

Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage and previous experience of audio typing is essential.

We are recruiting for an individual to support the practice team in the COVID vaccination programme.

The successful candidate will have varied administrative and organisational responsibilities to ensure smooth, effective and thorough rollout of vaccinations to our patients.

We are currently looking for 24 hours per week, for three to six months dependent on the length of the vaccination rollout; however we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
