  • Work closely with the wider marketing & product teams to deliver engaging content in line with segment strategy, brand DNA and USPs. 
  • Recommend and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience. 

What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Ecommerce Coordinator:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent. 
  • Experience of marketing ideally gained in a fast-paced ecommerce trading role. 
  • Good campaign and project management skills as this coordinator role will be fast paced and dynamic. 
  • A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential. 
  • You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy.

THE ROLE

Working as the Area Manager for the designated regions within Scotland with responsibility to profitably grow the Kimberly-Clark Professional™ business via our network of distributors and customers within sectors such as healthcare, large offices, food processing and manufacturing. Whilst there is a large existing customer base, the individual is also expected to find and grow new business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver on relevant Net Sales, Operating Profit and other key KPI’s such as New Business and customer loyalty metrics
  • Build effective relationships with customers within the geographical area by employing a range of virtual and traditional sales skills, focusing on (for example) owners, managers, distributor sales representatives, logistics managers, purchasing teams, ecommerce, and infection prevention contacts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High performing sales executive with business to business experience ideally in the Health & Hygiene, Industrial or Foodservice marketplace.
  • Industry experience either from a supplier background or industry professional.
  • Minimum four years successful sales experience

•Help to continue re-forecast based on performance in order to achieve maximum results.

  • Contribute to post campaign analysis decks for all key launches and trading periods.

Website Management

  • Work closely with the Online Brand Manager to define site updates in accordance with the UK marketing calendar and seasonal focuses.
  • Support in planning content and activity that supports Global and UK strategy, local promotions, trade plans, seasonal activities and key strategic priorities.
  • Oversee and support on all CMS work, ensuring products are set up correctly and merchandised effectively; promotions and offer codes are set-up, tested and working correctly.
  • Support Online Brand Manager on all new site functionality content enhancements by thorough testing.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer journey and site experience, manage the execution of all local initiatives - briefing the UK Production team, obtaining Global approval and performing rigorous QA.
  • Work closely with the corporate Online Analyst to ensure all areas of the Website and any new developments are thoroughly and correctly tagged, and provide on-going reporting and analysis using Google Analytics to measure success and inform future marketing plans.
  • Take ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products, working closely with the Events Management team to set up website saleable stock allocations, escalating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the Online Brand Manager to manage the sample stock database ensuring all allocations are set up and usage monitored accurately.
  • Manage creative logistical implementation and execution of all seasonal and promotional activities, including Christmas.
  • Ensure customer journey and site standards are optimised and achieved on the site (no broken links, products are optimised, content and SEO links are commercialised, SEO best practice is executed across the website when launching products and campaigns etc.)
  • Perform regular competitor analysis and highlight opportunities to wider teams.

Marketing channels

  • Responsible for briefing in all programmed emails driving to Bumble and Bumble and Glamglow .co.uk sites.
  • Monitor all email performance in terms of CTR/Open Rate/Conversion.
  • Work closely with the Online Brand Manager on the email strategy and calendar.
  • Actively seek opportunities to create a strong email calendar that targets our customer database efficiently.
  • Work closely with the CRM team in understanding online customer purchase behaviour and own the CRM tools for the website database.
  • Support the Online Brand Manager with the management of the Loyalty Program, regularly updating and optimising emails reporting on results.
  • Support the Online Brand Manager the day-to-day maintenance of Affiliate programme, including notifying publishers of launches, offers and uploading text links banners.
  • Identify new opportunities to partner with publishers for content creation or unique offers to grow affiliate business and feedback for discussion with the Online Brand Manager.
  • Attend weekly calls with agency to monitor performance, track goals and update on new opportunities.
  • Support the Online Brand Manager with SEO and PPC strategies ensuring customer journeys are intuitive and drive best in class experience.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Team to be aware of campaigns driven by social and display channels.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in an ecommerce environment and passionate about digital.
  • Highly organised and able manage multiple projects.
  • Displays initiative and confidence in presenting ideas.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
  • Experience working with a CMS and email platform. Experience with Drupal and Salesforce is preferable but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with Google Analytics ideal.
  • Competitor awareness.

For this role at N Brown  we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to work within the Jacamo online sales team, reporting into the Ecommerce Manager providing support for the management and implementation of the Digital Strategy and online promotional plans.  

 

What you’ll be responsible for as a Senior Ecommerce Coordinator:
  • Assist in delivering the ecommerce strategy and trading requirements. 
  • Planning, developing and delivering the online promotional plan for Jacamo website. 
  • Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing contingency activity when required. 
  • Leading innovative & high-profile brand campaigns from creation through to execution.   
  • Responsible for promotion conversion targets, through improving the online customer experience with a view to maximising sales. 
  • Report and analyse sales and customer online behaviour utilising Google Analytics Premium and feeding into future online planning. 
  • Work closely with the wider marketing & product teams to deliver engaging content in line with segment strategy, brand DNA and USPs. 
  • Recommend and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience. 
 

What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Ecommerce Coordinator:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent. 
  • Experience of marketing ideally gained in a fast-paced ecommerce trading role. 
  • Good campaign and project management skills as this coordinator role will be fast paced and dynamic. 
  • A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential. 
  • You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
