Our new Crop Production Manager will assume responsibility for dedicated crops across prime farm land situated across rural Sussex, Hampshire and The Isle of Wight.Applications are invited from committed and proactive individuals, capable of operating efficiently in a fast paced and sometimes challenging working environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Crop Production, candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident of liaising at all levels both internally and externally. The Crop Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop production & operations, ensuring efficient and effective cultivation practices to maximize yields while maintaining our high quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating activities related to planting, growing, harvesting, and processing. The role also involves managing resources, implementing agricultural best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.Confident & highly organised, the Crop Production Manager will play a pivotal role planning and programming crops with procurement and the Head of Crop Production.
