Our Aftersales Contact Centre Advisors play a crucial role in delivering world class customer experiences on behalf of our Vauxhall, Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and newly added Ora centres throughout the UK; liaising with customers through telephone and digital communications to arrange service, MOT and repairs. In addition to making bookings, you will be required to upskill and coach the customer advisors, deliver training to new starters, and share best practice with your colleagues.
