We are looking for a Janitor to join our current cleaning team, working in an Approved Premises residential property on a weekend ONLY

The role will be to provide an enhanced clean and disinfection of highly used touch points, replenishment of consumables and any other associated cleaning tasks.

The role is a permanent position 4hours per day (Saturday/Sunday)

Cleaning experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be given.

Main Responsibilities

1. To Providing the highest level of Janitorial service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications
2. Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
3. Providing a range of disinfection and cleaning services to highly used touch points include

offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers/bathrooms, kitchens & communal areas

1. Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility
2. Empty bins as directed
3. Sanitise meeting room areas between uses.
4. Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
5. Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Coordinator/Line Manager
6. Replenish consumables including toilet rolls, soaps,  hand towels & hand sanitiser
7. Clock in and out daily via the TMS system; report any absence to the cleaning manager

The Ideal Candidate

• Flexible attitude to work individually and working as part of a team
• Reliable
• Able to represent Sodexo both internally and with clients

Availability to pick up additional hours if required to cover sickness

The role is a permanent position Mon-Fri 12-20hours per  week.

*Part time cleaner*We’re looking for a Cleaner to join our busy domestic abuse refuge team in the Staffordshire Moorlands. You’ll be ensuring our accommodation and communal areas are cleaned to a high standard and getting each flat ready for the next customer once someone moves out.

Job requirements:

• Deep cleaning, vacuuming and mopping, polishing, dusting, making beds and washing laundry for our accommodation and communal areas, which include kitchen, living space and toilets.
• Making sure each apartment is deep cleaned and turned around quickly ready for the next customer.
• Keeping eye on cleaning stocks.
• Some Health & Safety checks and reporting any repairs.
• You may be asked to carry out other duties including sorting donations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in an office based or commercial cleaning environment and be able to undertake light & heavy cleaning duties.
