The job involves all aspects of care which includes, moving and handling as well as personal care ensuring service users dignity and wishes are at the centre of the care provided.

We seek staff with the patience, skills and knowledge and understanding to care for adults in a residential setting. Full induction training will be provided. We will offer a supportive working environment and regular supervision. You will be rewarded by excellent rates of pay.

Wilfred Geere provides residential intermediate care for older people. The emphasis of our work is to maximise independence, provide rehabilitation, social and therapeutic stimulation and motivation with the aim to maintain someone living at home for as long as possible.
Laburnum Lodge provides residential/ nursing intermediate care for older people. The emphasis of our work is to maximise independence, provide rehabilitation, social and therapeutic stimulation and motivation with the aim to maintain someone living at home for as long as possible.
