A recent anonymous independent survey showed:

95% of our carers feel valued and receive appropriate recognition for the work they do;
100% of our carers understand how their work contributes to our goals and objectives;
95% of our carers would recommend our services to family and friends;

Being on-time and doing what is expected – every visit – and ensuring our client is left safe and happy, is our minimum standard. We aim to go much further however, to a “gold standard” of support and care whereby our carers help clients find new interests or revive hobbies they had long assumed were no longer open to them. We think laterally, sharing ideas as to what might help or what may be possible. We support our clients in realising age is no boundary and that everything is possible.

Home care can be very hard work, physically and emotionally, but the outcomes achieved through a gold standard of care – and the amazing feedback we receive from time to time - makes it all more than worth it!

We are a home care company in Mitcham, Streatham and Dulwich providing support and companionship to vulnerable adults in their own home.

- You will be fluent in English; this is of paramount importance to understand our clients.

- You must be a driver and have your own transport.

Our clients don’t take days off so we can’t; our care assistants must be willing to do alternate weekends. We want our clients to get to know you, so at least 2 days a week availability is a minimum.

Most of all, as one of our care assistants, you must love people and be a companion and friend to a vulnerable person that needs you.
