Job Description

We are currently recruiting a care assistant to look after elderly clients at home in the following areas of Wrexham:

Ruabon/Acrefair

The post will be approx. 16-25 hours dependent on availability.

Applicants may wish to cover either mornings or evenings or be fully flexible to all shifts. Morning Shifts (7.15am – 2pm approx.) Evening Shifts (4pm – 9.30 approx.)

Once the smallest home in the Somerset Care Group, Greenhill House wasredeveloped into a spacious and modern, purpose-built home which comprises 20 residential bedrooms, a Petals dementia care suite for 16 residents and care suites.

We can offer Day, Night and Evening positions, working Full or Part time (all include alternate weekends)

  • Days start at 7am through to 9.30pm, working shifts between 7am – 2.30pm or 2.30pm-9.30pm. Contracted hours are typically 24–31 hours per week
  • Nights start at 9.30pm to 7.30am, typically working 2 nights per week. Currently we have 3 x 36 hours available
